INDICATORS?

Does anyone one but me use indicators anymore or did I miss the memo especially the one about never never never use your indicator on roundabouts as it's much more fun to let people guess which feckin direction your going!!!!!!

PEEEEGZZ

These are some photos my mate and set designer Stu gave me of my slaughtered pigs what I made for a show Queens University Drama students put on back in May. I managed to loose my own camera just prior to doing this job. The production was Gut Girls and was very gory to begin with - all about women and how they can be trapped no matter what their circumstances may be.

Originally the director wanted real pig carcasses but after visiting a abbatoir we soon discovered that that idea wasn't going to happen as pigs go off very quickly and in order to store them we'd need a huge freezer and cut them in half. Luckily I had already come up with a plan as to how I was going to do it.

I had hoped to have photos of the process but like I said the old disappearing camera put pay to that! However I'm very pleased with them made with very little money a lot of latex and in two weeks.

No smoke without fire

Well mother nature is wagging her finger at us. I'm wondering with all the major earthquakes over the last few months and now this volcano is the earth rearranging the furniture - so-to-speak, so who knows what will transpire. It really brings it home to me that despite all our fancy gadgets and great discoveries this is still a planet created and formed by natural forces that don't pander to our wants and needs.

CONFUSED

We got a 3rd evaluation for the house this morning and it confused us both. The first two were disappointing both between 5 and 10 grand under what we paid for it originally but this one was 26 grand over!! So we're thinking maybe chance a little more than the average. Comes to someone wanting to live in Ballyhalbert and in a reasonably fabulous semi.
